Cuisine & Cocktails : The Grand Hotel Esplanade Berlin offer several restaurants and the Harry's New York Bar.
- The sculpture of "Harlekin", that has been created by the well-known artist Markus Lüpertz, sits in the centre of the restaurant and has lent its name to the Gourmet-Restaurant Harlekin. Enjoy the selected meals and beverage which are prepared in a masterly manner. The restaurant underwent complete renovation in August 2000. While emphasising its straightforward character, the "Harlekin", nevertheless, provides a certain feel of cosiness and gives the restaurant a modern atmosphere of wellness. The part of the kitchen, where the chef de cuisine Roland Blecher and his team put the finishing touches to their delicacies, can well be viewed from all seats: International hotel cuisine in its modern interpretation, with a regular menu recommendation by the chef the cuisine in the variation of a 3-course or 4-course menu. The Harlekin restaurant offers an extensive wine list. Its highlights are the Burgundy and Bordeaux vintages, but also top-quality wines produced by so far unknown German winegrowers.
