All splendid appointed guestrooms offer every modern amenities and comfort. The elegant design in period style feature antique frunishings, beamed or frescoed ceilings and gorgeous fabrics and some of the guestrooms offer balconies. The bathroom are equipped luxuriously and some offer a whirlpool tub. All rooms are different in design and individually decorated with some original antique furniture and fine draperies. Some rooms offer authentic antique frescoes on the ceilings and some have fireplaces. From the rooms on the fourth floor guest can enjoy beautiful views from the balcony.
All guestrooms and suites are equipped with adjustable air conditioning, satellite and cable TV, working desk, international direct dial telephone, dataport, internet access, minibar, in-room safe and marble bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and telephone.

The Classic Rooms are equipped with a queen size bed and they are decorated in an elegant classical style. Some Classic Rooms are located in the main building of the hotel - Via dei Condotti 85 - and they offer courtyard view. Some other Classic Rooms are located in the dependance - Via dei Condotti 48. The rooms in the dependance are larger than the rooms in the main building.

The Superior Rooms are equipped with one queen size bed and they a nicely decorated with elegant period furniture. These rooms offer all modern comfort and they face either Via Condotti or the internal courtyard.

The Deluxe Rooms are furnished with one king size bed and they are elegantly decorated with period furniture. Some of these rooms have original 17th century frescoes. Some Deluxe Rooms are located in the main building of the hotel - Via dei Condotti 85 - and other Deluxe Rooms are located in the dependance - Via dei Condotti 48. The marble bathrooms of these rooms are equiped with bathtub or whirlpool bathtub.

The spacious Executive Rooms have been recently renovated and they are now decorated in an elegant modern style. They are equipped with either one king size bed, one double bed or two twin size beds. Some of these rooms are decorated with a four-poster bed and beamed ceiligng and some of them have a small balcony overlooking Via dei Condotti. For reservations of minimum 3 nights, you will have free pick up or free transfer to the airport (one way) included in the rate.

The Superior Family Rooms consist of two connecting or adjoining Superior Rooms. In one of the two rooms is an extra bed available.

The Exclusive Family Rooms consist of two adjoining or connecting Executive Rooms and some of these rooms have a small balcony. In each of the two rooms is an extra bed available. The Studio Room is situated in Via Due Macelli 102, few blocks away from The Inn at the Spanish Steps and just two blocks away from Piazza di Spagna. This room has a size of 24 squaremetres (258 square feet) and is designed in a moderns style. The Studio Room is equipped with one queen size bed and a kitchenette. The bathroom offers a shower.

The View at the Spanish Steps is located next door to The Inn at the Spanish in a unique premier position on the world-famous Via dei Condotti. Set on the top floor of a building from the eighteenth century, "The View" boasts a breahtaking view of the Spanish Steps and it compromises three executive rooms with beautiful view, a One-Bedroom Suite with two little balconies, a Two-Bedroom Suite with two little balconies and one Penthouse Suite. The sunny and cosy terrace overlooks Via Condotti and offers you the opportunity to seat and relax for an afternoon tea or a drink in the evening. A private driver, private butler and Personal Chef are also available on request.

The Rooms with View are decorated in an elegant modern style with latest comfort and technology and the offer one king size bed. These rooms offer views of the Spanish Steps or Via dei Condotti. Some rooms have a balcony with view of Via dei Condotti. The bathrooms of these rooms offer whirlpool bathtub and shower. The Senior Suite has a size of 80 squaremetres (861 square feet) und constists of two bedrooms, a private living room, two balconies overlooking the Spanish Steps and two marble bathroom with Jacuzzi. Complimentary pick up and transfer to the airport (roundtrip) included in the rate.

The Penthouse Presidential Suite has a size of 250 squaremetres (2,691 square feet) and consists of three rooms with View, one suite, two living areas, a terrace and two balconies as well as four bathrooms with whirlpool bathtubs.
