This gourmet restaurant was designed by Tony Chi, a renowed restaurant designer from New York and guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the picturesque bay from floor-to-ceiling windows.
- The Asian restaurant Café Sambal is located at the waterfront and offers indoor and outdoor dining with stunning views of the glitterung waters of Biscayne Bay. Café Sambal serves a wide range of tempting dishes and the new Sushi and Sake Bar features a large selection of Sushi specialities and a great variety of Sake.
- The Lobby Lounge is a popular meeting place and offers delicious cocktails and appetizers and guests can enjoy the boats through floor-to-ceiling, two-storey windows.
