The guestrooms and suites are located on the 38th to the 54th floors of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York and each floor offers a personal butler on hand to deliver gracious and attentive services 24 hours a day.
All rooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning, direct dial telephone with voicemail, dataport, internet access, cable and satellite TV, radio, minibar, in-room safe and bathroom with bathtub/shower, bathrobes, slippers and hairdryer.

• The Standard Rooms have a size of 39 squaremetres (420 square feet) and are located on the 38th to the 42nd floors of the hotel. This luxurious suite is elegantly and stylishly decorated with dark toned furniture and apricot accents and Chinese Jade tones, handcrafted oriental rugs, artifacts from both the Orient and New York as well as a grand piano.
