- The Mark's Restaurant is pure English pomp, but in a tasteful, subdued way and provides consistently excellent cuisine and a renowned wine list. At lunch there are lovely salads, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas and grilled items, while dinner is a more formal affair with raw tuna and octopus salad, a "West Indies" lobster tartare, gulf shrimp tempura, and ginger-orange spiced rack of lamb.
