The Okura Hotel Amsterdam offers several restaurants, bars and lounges with a wide range of culinary highlights.

- The French Restaurant Ciel Bleu is located on the 23rd floor of the Okura Hotel and is was recently renovated by Bert Verweij, a well-known architekt. Every place boasts a breathtaking view over Amsterdam. The Ciel Bleu is decorated in various colour shades of brown and plenty of glass and offer a contemporary, luxurious and warm ambience. This restaurant serves excellent award-winning French cuisine and offers a large selection of finest wines, especially from the "New World".
The Ciel Bleu offers three dining rooms for closed business and social events - the Chef's Table, the Starlight Room and the Salon Panoramique.
The Restaurant Ciel Bleu is the only restaurant in Amsterdam with two Michelin stars. - The Japanese Yamazato Restaurant is located on the groundfloor of the Okura Hotel Amsterdam and offers excellent Japanese cuisine with more than fifty authentic Japanese specialities. The Yamazato Restaurant is decoarated in a Sukiya-style, inspired on the Zen Buddhism from the 15th and 16th centuries. This typical Japanese restaurant also offers a Sushi bar and a Japanese garden next to the Yamazato Restaurant as well as four private dining rooms.
- The Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka with eleven hot plates is situated on the groundfloor of the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam and is decorated in a contemporary Japanese style, the design based on stone, wood, water and fire. Teppanyaki means "to grill on a hot plate" and guest can enjoy specialities with meat and fish.
The private dining room offers two hot plates for up to 18 guests. Private lunches for at least 10 guests are available upon request. - The Le Camelia Brasserie is named after the exotic flower Camelia and is located on the ground floor of the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam. Le Camelia Brasserie is decorated in the Art-Deco-style of a Parisian brasserie and is a popular meeting place for all kinds of guests. The brasserie offers a wide range of international dishes and Dutch specialities, prepared with seasonal ingredients.
- The lobby bar and lounge La Serre is located on the groundfloor of the Okura Hotel Amsterdam with a beautiful outdoor terrace. This bar is a popular and cosy meeting point and guests can enjoy coffee, delicious cocktails as well as light and tasty snacks.
- The Internatinal Champagne and Cocktail Lounge and Bar Twenty Third is situated on the 23rd floor of the Okura Hotel im Amsterdam with fantasic views over Amsterdam. This new bar was designed by the architect Bert Verwey. Here guests can enjoy a wide range of excellent wines, 17 different champagnes, a large variety of delicious cocktails and refreshimg drinks as well as exclusive snacks, oysters and caviar.
