- The Regency Club?, an exclusive VIP 'hotel within the hotel', is located on the 7th floor, with 47 comfortable guest rooms in every category offering personalised service and a very private atmosphere. As a Regency Club? guest, you enjoy complimentary breakfast, and coffee and tea all day, as well as light snacks and cocktails in the evening. All Regency Club? Guestrooms are equipped with the latest in communications technology: wide-screen television with high-speed Internet access, modem and fax connections, video-on-demand and Play Station?, as well as three telephones, including one mobile phone, with voicemail.
- The Studio Suites are 48 to 54 square metres, and feature additional facilities such as a seating area. These suites are located on the 3rd to 7th floor.
- The Junior Suites offer a living space of 56 square metres, with separate bedroom and living area, comfortable furniture and a large 11-square-metre bathroom with separate shower and bath. These suites are located on the 3rd to 7th floors, the rooms have courtyard views and are equipped with state-of-the-art communications.
- The Executive Suites have a size of 122 squaremetres and offer views of Bugenhagenstrasse or Moeckebergstrasse. They feature a spacious bedroom with two king-size beds, an elegant living room and a large bathroom, with additional facilities such as a whirlpool bath and a guest toilet.
- Located on the 8th floor, the Presidential Suite, called the "Mendelssohn Suite", is one of the the largest hotel suites in Hamburg with a size of 231 squaremetres. It features additional facilities such as a whirlpool bath, different showers and a sauna in a Philippe Starck-designed bathroom. There is access to a large balcony overlooking the courtyard, an open fireplace and a piano in the living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious office with safe, modem and fax machine. Guests have access to Regency Club? amenities and free use of the Fitness Centre. As well as all standard amenities, guests receive a complimentary fruit basket and newspapers.
The Presidential Suite can be connected with a Park Room to a two-bedroom suite.
For long-term guests, Park Hyatt Hamburg offers 30 apartments, located on the 8th and 9th floors. Hotel services such as breakfast, laundry, room cleaning, use of the fitness centre and car parking in the garage can be booked additionally. 24-hour security, 24-hour room service, room cleaning and change of linen twice a week is included in the price.
Guests can choose between several different sizes of apartment:
- The Apartments A 1 have a size of 44 squaremetres and are located on one level with view towards Bugenhagenstraße. The living room is equipped with pantry with refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee machine, bar with two chairs, television (format 16 to 9) with Internet access, pay TV, Play Station?, safe, desk with ISDN telephone, voicemail and modem. The bedroom offer a queen-size bed, a second television and storage room. The bathroom boasts a bath, shower and separate toilet.
- The Apartments A 2 have a size of 68 to 72 squaremetres and are located on one level with view towards Moenckebergstrasse. These apartments are equipped like "Apartments A 1" but with additional seating and guest toilet. The bedroom offers a king-size bed.
- The Penthouse Apartments A 3 have a size of 68 to 72 squaremetres and are located on two levels with view towards the courtyard. These apartments are equipped like "Apartment A 1" but with additional seating and a guest toilet. The bedroom is located on the upper floor via a spiral staircase and offers a king-size bed and television. The bathroom have bath, shower and separate toilet and a huge storage room.
- The Penthouse Apartments A 4 have a size of 80 squarmetres and are located on two levels with view towards the courtyard. These apartments are equipped like "Apartment A 1" but with additional seating and a guest toilet. The bedroom is located on the upper floor via a spiral staircase and offers a king-size bed and television. The bathroom have bath, shower and separate toilet and a huge storage room.
- The Apartments A 5 have a size of 105 to 108 squaremetres and are located on one level with view towards Moenckebergstrasse. These apartments are equipped like Apartments A 1 but with additional seating area and a guesttoilet. The bedroom offers a king-size bed, television and storage room. The bathroom have a shower and bath and separate toilet.
- The Penthouse Apartment A 6 has a size of 124 squaremetres and is located on two levels with view towards the courtyard. This apartment is equipped like the Apartments A 1 but with additional seating area and a guesttoilet. The masterbedroom is located on the upper floor via spiral staircase and offers a king-size bed and television. The bathroom have a separate toilet. The second bedroom offers a bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet. This apartment have a huge storage room.

Cuisine & Cocktails : Dining facilities at Hotel Park Hyatt Hamburg include the signature restaurant, Apples Restaurant and Bar, with a live kitchen, private dining room and outdoor terrace for alfresco dining, weather permitting. The bar features a customised window display area and humidor.
- The Apples Restaurant and Bar seats 84 guests. It has a private dining room for up to 30 guests and a summer terrace for 40 guests. A simple, creative kitchen with a Mediterranean touch is typical for this restaurant, in which fresh, organically grown, local products play an important role. The decoration reflects a modern elegance. The atmosphere is mainly characterised by the open live kitchen, which allows guests to watch what is happening in the kitchen. Appropriate dishes are prepared in the wood oven, the lavastone grill, the rôtisseur or the wok. Dialogue between guests and the chefs contributes to this special atmosphere. The "floating" Apples Bar is located next to the restaurant.
- The New York Deli is located on the 1st floor of the Levantehaus shopping arcade. This upmarket, fast-food restaurant offers popular American food in lively surroundings. The menu includes bagels, ruben or pastrami sandwiches, fresh salads, chicken wings, hamburgers and muffins.
- The Park Lounge, located on the 2nd floor, provides an informal, cosy but ultimately elegant atmosphere. With its open fireplace and large windows, Park Lounge offers a great view of the main shopping street, the Moenckebergstrasse. Throughout the day, light meals, fine snacks, and excellent wines and champagne are served. Guests can especially enjoy the famous High Tea. Park Lounge is also a popular spot for after-dinner drinks or cigars.
