The decoration reflects a modern elegance. The atmosphere is mainly characterised by the open live kitchen, which allows guests to watch what is happening in the kitchen. Appropriate dishes are prepared in the wood oven, the lavastone grill, the rôtisseur or the wok. Dialogue between guests and the chefs contributes to this special atmosphere. The "floating" Apples Bar is located next to the restaurant.

- The Park Lounge, located on the 2nd floor, provides an informal, cosy but ultimately elegant atmosphere. With its open fireplace and large windows, Park Lounge offers a great view of the main shopping street, the Moenckebergstrasse. Throughout the day, light meals, fine snacks, and excellent wines and champagne are served. Guests can especially enjoy the famous High Tea. Park Lounge is also a popular spot for after-dinner drinks or cigars.
