The Park Hyatt Hotel Hamburg features 252 rooms, including 12 Studios, 16 Junior Suites, four Executive Suites and one Presidential Suite. The hotel also houses a further 30 Apartments. There are two double guestrooms adapted for disabled guests, and two non-smoking floors. Decorated in warm, earthy materials like cherry wood and sandstone, creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere, the rooms also feature the latest in communications technology, blended inconspicuously into the furniture.

The Park Rooms are 45 square metres in size. All have queen, king-size or twin beds, and feature the latest communications technology and a large 11-square-metre bathroom. Located on the 3rd to 7th floors, there are views of the courtyard, Bugenhagenstraße or Mönckenbergstraße.
The Regency Club?, an exclusive VIP 'hotel within the hotel', is located on the 7th floor, with 47 comfortable guest rooms in every category offering personalised service and a very private atmosphere. As a Regency Club? guest, you enjoy complimentary breakfast, and coffee and tea all day, as well as light snacks and cocktails in the evening. All Regency Club? Guestrooms are equipped with the latest in communications technology: wide-screen television with high-speed Internet access, modem and fax connections, video-on-demand and Play Station?, as well as three telephones, including one mobile phone, with voicemail.
The Studio Suites are 48 to 54 square metres, and feature additional facilities such as a seating area. These suites are located on the 3rd to 7th floor.
The Junior Suites offer a living space of 56 square metres, with separate bedroom and living area, comfortable furniture and a large 11-square-metre bathroom with separate shower and bath. These suites are located on the 3rd to 7th floors, the rooms have courtyard views and are equipped with state-of-the-art communications.
The Executive Suites have a size of 122 squaremetres and offer views of Bugenhagenstrasse or Moeckebergstrasse. They feature a spacious bedroom with two king-size beds, an elegant living room and a large bathroom, with additional facilities such as a whirlpool bath and a guest toilet.
Located on the 8th floor, the Presidential Suite, called the "Mendelssohn Suite", is one of the the largest hotel suites in Hamburg with a size of 231 squaremetres. It features additional facilities such as a whirlpool bath, different showers and a sauna in a Philippe Starck-designed bathroom. There is access to a large balcony overlooking the courtyard, an open fireplace and a piano in the living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious office with safe, modem and fax machine. Guests have access to Regency Club? amenities and free use of the Fitness Centre. As well as all standard amenities, guests receive a complimentary fruit basket and newspapers.

For long-term guests, Park Hyatt Hamburg offers 30 apartments, located on the 8th and 9th floors. Hotel services such as breakfast, laundry, room cleaning, use of the fitness centre and car parking in the garage can be booked additionally. 24-hour security, 24-hour room service, room cleaning and change of linen twice a week is included in the price.

The Apartments A 2 have a size of 68 to 72 squaremetres and are located on one level with view towards Moenckebergstrasse. These apartments are equipped like "Apartments A 1" but with additional seating and guest toilet. The bedroom offers a king-size bed.
The Penthouse Apartments A 3 have a size of 68 to 72 squaremetres and are located on two levels with view towards the courtyard. These apartments are equipped like "Apartment A 1" but with additional seating and a guest toilet. The bedroom is located on the upper floor via a spiral staircase and offers a king-size bed and television. The bathroom have bath, shower and separate toilet and a huge storage room.
The Penthouse Apartments A 4 have a size of 80 squarmetres and are located on two levels with view towards the courtyard. These apartments are equipped like "Apartment A 1" but with additional seating and a guest toilet. The Penthouse Apartment A 6 has a size of 124 squaremetres and is located on two levels with view towards the courtyard. The masterbedroom is located on the upper floor via spiral staircase and offers a king-size bed and television. The bathroom have a separate toilet.
