- The Deluxe Guestrooms have a size of 33 to 37 squaremetres (350 to 400 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds. These spacious rooms offer a large working area and they are decorated in taupe, warm forest green and gold shades or in taupe and black shades. Maximum occupancy 2 adults.
- The spacious Luxury Guestrooms have a size of 37 to 46 squaremetres (400 to 500 square feet) and they are equipped with one king size bed or two double beds. These elegantly decorated rooms offer a spacious sitting area with sofa, wing chairs and table and they are decorated in taupe, warm forest green and gold shades or in taupe and black shades. - The Deluxe Junior Suites have a size of 46 to 51 squaremetres (500 to 550 square feet) and they are decorated in taupe, warm forest green and gold shades or in taupe and black shades. The bedroom is equipped with one king-size bed separated from the living room by a privacy door. - The Luxury Junior Suites have a size of 51 to 56 sqauermetres and they are decorated in taupe, warm forest green and gold shades. These elegant and spacious Junior suites consist of a sleeping area with one king-size bed and a separate living room area with a coffee table with club and wing chairs and a loveseat as well as a large working desk. Many of the Luxury Junior suites are located on a corner of the hotel building with southern exposure and they boast stunning views of the skyline of Toronto. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
- The Deluxe One-Bedroom Suites have a size of 74 to 79 squaremetres (800 to 850 square feet). These suites constist of a bedroom with one king-size bed, a separate living room with dining area and two marble bathrooms. The living room offers two wing chairs, a pullout sofa, a dining thable for four persons and an armoire. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
These suites can be connected to a luxury guestroom with two double beds. - The Luxury One-Bedroom Suites have a size of 79 to 84 squaremetres (850 to 900 square feet). These suites constist of a bedroom with one king-size bed, a separate living room with dining area and two luxurious marble bathrooms. The Director Suite can be connected to a Deluxe guestroom with a king-size bed and a Deluxe guestroom with two double beds. - The two suites Maple Leaf and Trillium are situated on the fifteenth floor of the Northtower and located on two levels. The two suites are elegantly decorated with dark wood furnoishings and yellow and hold colour shades. On the main lower floor there are an elegant marbke entrance foyer, a living room with dining area for up to eight persond, a kitchenette and a powder room. The elegantly appointed bedroom with king-size bed and the spacious marble bathroom with bathtub, separate shower stann and doubkle washbasin are situated on the second floor. - The Algonquin Suite has a size of 232 squaremetres (2,500 square feet) and is located on the fifteenth floor of the North Tower. This elegant and luxurious suite boasts three different views, north view overlooking the Avenue Road, east view overlooking the district of Yorkville and south views overlooking the skyline of Toronto. The unique Algonquin Suite consists of an entrance foyer, a living room with dining area, a kitchen, an office and a spacious and elegant bedroo. The entrance foyer offers a round marble table, an adjoing powder room and stunning view of Yorkville. The spacious and bright living room is equipped with sofa and cosy armchairs, a dining table for eight persons and a wet bar with stools. Double doors leads to the bedroom with walk-in closet, four poster bed and a comfortable sitting area and a sliding door leads from the living room to the office. The kitchen has a separate entrance from the corridor. The luxurious marble bathroom is equipped with a oversized whirlpool bathtub for two persons. Maximum occupancy 2 adults.
