The Spring Moon offers a tea counter with over twenty-five excellent Chinese teas. This restaurant is decorated with wood flooring and paneling, stained glass and art decor features.
  • The contemporary and stylish Japanese restaurant Imasa is located on the first floor of the Hotel Peninsula Hong Kong and serves traditional and authentic Japanese cuisine with sashimi, sukiyaki, shabu shabu and stone grill specialities, prepared on the tableside.
