"The Pierre" offers two restaurants and a lounge bar.
- The Café Pierre has an elegant European ambience and provides impeccable service with great attention to detail. Decorated in tones of pale yellow, green and gold, the Cafe Pierre has been embellished with Italian gray marble inlaid with bronze doree, etched Italian mirrors, imported silks and satins, and trompe l'oeil wall and ceiling murals. The award-winning, continental cuisine is served daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. An extensive wine list of vintage French, California and Italian wines, and champagne can be ordered by the glass.
- The Rotunda is often referred to as the signature room of "The Pierre" and is known for its trompe l'oeil murals, which are the work of American artist Edward Melcarth. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and an evening bar menu are offered. However, the main attraction is "The Rotunda Tea", a traditional English afternoon tea. The Rotunda offers child-friendly menu items.
- Conveniently located at the corner of 5th Avenue and 61st Street, across from New York's Central Park. The Cafe Pierre Bar is a relaxed and elegant lounge, offering hors d'oeuvres and snacks with Piano entertainment.
