The Plaza Athénée Hotel offers 191 luxurious guestrooms inclusive of 45 junior suites and suites with views of Avenue Montaigne, the Eiffel Tower or the charming courtyard. All rooms and suites are decorated on six floors in a French classic style of Louis XVI and the Regency period and two floors are entirely dedicated to Art Deco.
All guestrooms, junior suites and suites are equipped with latest comfort and amenities, such as individually controlled air conditioning and heating, cable and satellite TV, radio, alarm clock, stereo system with CD and DVD player, desk, high speed internet access, dataport, direct dial telephone with voicemail, free newspaper, minibar, safe and bathroom with bathtub/shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, bathroom amenities and phone in bathroom.

• The Single Rooms have a size of 25 squaremetres (270 square feet) and they are equipped with one queen size bed. These rooms are located on quiet corner with view of the courtyard and they are beautifully appointed in classical or Art Deco style.

• The Superior Rooms are equipped with either one king size bed or two twin size beds and they have a size of 30 squaremetres (323 square feet). These rooms are decorated in Louis XVI or Art Deco style, with period lamps from Paris's finest antiques shops, ornate gilded mirrors and a variety of oil paintings that provide a personal touch. These rooms are situated on a quiet corner with view of the courtyard. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and separate shower.
  Maximum occupancy 2 adults.
  These rooms can be connected with another Superior Room, a Deluxe Junior Suite or a Superior Suite.
• The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 38 squaremetres (409 square feet) and they are equipped with either one king size bed, one queen size bed, or two twin size beds. These rooms are tastefully decorated in a classical Louis XVI or Art Deco style with fine mouldings, decorative fireplace, ornate gilded mirrors, precious fabics, and period lamps from finest Parisian antique shops and they also offer comfortable armchairs, furniture in natural wood and marquetry and oil paintings on the walls. These rooms overlook the Avenue Montaigne or the beautiful courtyard garden. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and separate shower.

• The Junior Suites have a size of 45 squaremetres (485 square feet) and they offer views of Avenue Montaigne or the garden courtyard. These Junior Suites are elegantly decorated in a classical Louis XVI or Art Deco Style with comfortable armchairs and sofa as well as precious fabrics and art pieces. The living area is semi separated from the sleeping area, equipped with one queen size bed, one king size bed or two twin size beds, and some offer a dressing area. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and separate shower.

• The Deluxe Junior Suites have a size of 55 squaremetres (592 square feet) and they offer view of the courtgard. These junior suites are elegantly decorated in a classical Louis XVI or Art Deco style with finest materials such as taffeta, velvet and golden embroideries. The spacious living area is semi separated from the sleeping area, equipped with either one queen size bed, one king size bed or two twin size beds. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and separate shower.

• The Prestige Junior Suite offer views of the Avenue Montaigne or the garden courtyard and they have a size of 57 squaremetres (614 square feet). These junior suites are elegantly decorated in a classical Louis XVI or Regency style or Art Deco style with fine antiques and sumptuous materials such as taffeta, velvet and golden embroidered cushions. These junior suites offer a sleeping area, equipped with either one queen size bed, one king size bed or two twin size beds as well as a spacious living area. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and separate shower.

• The elegant and charming Superior Suites are decorated in Louis XVI style and they are open on a quiet inner courtyard. These suites have a size of 60 squaremetres (646 square feet) and they consist of a bedroom, equipped with either one queen size bed, one king size bed or two twin size bed, a dressing room and a separate living room. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and separate shower.

• The spacious and charming Deluxe Suites are elegantly decorated in Louis XVI style and they offer views of Avenue Montaigne or the courtyard. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and separate shower.

• The elegant and charming Two-Bedroom Superior Suites have a size of 90 squaremetres (969 square feet) and they are located on a quiet inner couryard. These suites are decorated in Louis XVI style and they consist of two bedrooms and a separate living room.

• The spacious and charming Two-Bedroom Deluxe Suites have a size of 108 squaremetres (1,163 square feet) and they have views of Avenue Montaigne or the garden courtyard. These suites are decorated in Louis XVI style and they consist of an entrance area, a living room and two separate bedrooms.

• The luxurious Two-Bedroom Prestige Suites overlook the prestigious Avenue Montaigne and partially the Eiffel Tower and they have a size of 118 squaremetres (1,271 square feet). These suites consist of a wide entrance area with guest bathroom, a living room and two bedrooms and they are decorated in Louis XVI style.

• The Two-Bedroom Presidential Suites have a size of 148 squaremetres (1,594 square feet) and they have views of the prestigious Avenue Montaigne or the hotel garden. These suites offer charm and elegance and they are luxuriously decorated in Louis XVI and Regency style with noble materials such as taffeta, velvet and golden embroideries. These suites consist of a wide entrance area, a spacious living room, and two bedrooms.
  Maximum occupancy 5 adults.
• The Eiffel Suite 361 has a size of 131 squaremetres (1,406 square feet) and offers stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. This suite is a typically Haussmannsque apartment with a very luxurious ambience. The spacious lounge is decorated in a classical style in the hues of pink, pearl and silver greys with reproduction furniture, a glass-top coffee table with silver leaf design, and deep, custom-made dark grey sofas. A large bay window floods the room with light and this room includes a grand piano and a gaming table. The bedroom is equipped with one king size bed or two twin size beds.

• The Eiffel Suite 750 has a size of 93 squaremetres (1,002 square feet) and is located on the seventh floor of the hotel with view of the Eiffel Tower. This split level suite consist of a large entrance hall, a living room and a bedroom, equipped with one king size bed or two twin size beds, as well as a terrace with panoramic view over all of Paris, which naturally includes the majestic Eiffel Tower. Guests will also benefit from their own gym and sauna which is part of the suite and available for their sole use, giving guests the feeling that they are in their very own apartment on Avenue Montaigne.
  The large living room is furnished with two sofas upholstered in beige velvet and embroidered with bronze thread. To the left Ebony wood from Macassar hides a bar and the windows are decorated by sliding "Japanese" panels in striped silk and embroidered by Jean François Lesage.
  In the large bedroom upstairs, the furniture is also of Macassar ebony and mahogany and boasts a set of double French doors. These are adorned with swathes of copper-coloured, silk curtains and lead out onto a large private terrace overlooking Paris.

• The Eiffel Suite 888 is situated on the eighth floor of the hotel and consists of an entrance hall, a large living room, as well as a bedroom. This suite has a size of 104 squaremetres (1,122 square feet) and Macassar ebony and mahogany are the dominant woods in this elegant Art Deco suite in colour shades of mauve and grey with linen and silk curtains as well as velvet sofas and pillows from Jean-Francois Lesage, embroidered with silver thread.

• The Terrace Eiffel Suite is situated on the eighth floor of the hotel and offers stunning views of Avenue Montaigne, the Eiffel Tower, the roofs of Paris and river Seine. This unique suite has a size of 130 squaremetres (1,400 square feet) and consists of a living room, dining area, Mahogany bar with incredible penthouse view, a bedroom with seating area, a spacious bathroom facing the Eiffel Tower and a shower room with separate toilet.
  From the bedroom to the living room to the bathroom, all the rooms feature large windows with breathtaking views of the majestic Eiffel Tower, which seems to be part of the furniture. However, thanks to state-of-the-art technology, the wall of glass in the bathroom can become opaque if desired, allowing either a view of the Eiffel Tower or complete privacy.
  This suite is decorated in Art Deco style, inspired by the Eiffel Tower and the sky of Paris in sky-blue, chocolate and beige colour shades. A combination of authentic Art Deco style furniture and specially designed pieces characterises the furnishings of the Terrace Eiffel Suite, with rosewood, Macassar ebony and mahogany the three kinds of wood prevailing in this suite. The bathroom offers a spacious mosaic bathtub with view of the Eiffel tower and guests enjoy Turkish bath and steam room.

• The unique Royal Suite has a size of 450 squaremetres (4,847 square feet) and is located on the fifth floor of the Plaza Athénée with views of the Avenue Montaigne and the courtyard. This suite consists of two main entrances, a reception hall, two master bedrooms, each with a private dressing room, two bedrooms overlooking a quiet courtyard, a combined sitting and dining room for 12 people, a sitting room, a spacious study, a kitchen, two full marble bathrooms with Jacuzzi and steam shower and balconies overlooking the Avenue Montaigne and side view of the Eiffel Tower.
  The Plaza Athénée's Royal Suite is a luxury residence with the atmosphere of an elegant Parisian home, furnished with authentic items and splendid antiques, dressed with silks and fabrics from leading design houses. Fabric for the drapes is embroidered using three different gold threads, whilst the bathrooms are tiled entirely in Italian marble mosaics and engraved glass. Flowers from all four seasons can be found around the suite, creating a fresh and vibrant atmosphere all year round.
