The restaurants at "The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach" pay homage to the Deco glory days while embracing today?s modern refinement and sophistication.
- The Americana, the only Miami restaurant to serve "Restyled American" cuisine, an updated twist on old favorites. Hearkening back to an era of refined style and simple cuisine, Americana's presentations are modernized mid-century continental classics with Italian undertones. Americana has traditional moire fabrics in tropical shades that are paired with chartreuse and terra cotta leather for a modern tropical feel, while Vetrazzo tabletops inlaid with recycled green, amber and cobalt glass chips provide an upscale beach ambiance.
- Designed to appeal to a sophisticated clientele, the Specialty Restaurant will bring a level of cuisine and service to Miami Beach, solidifying The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach as one of the premier luxury destinations in South Florida.
- The Lapidus Lounge is a tribute to the renowned 1950's architect Morris Lapidus, who designed the DiLido Hotel. Sophisticated and unique presentations of light taste impressions are offered late into the evening and into the early morning hours to give late night revelers gourmet culinary options including fried maki sushi brochettes that stand vertically on the plate; fresh mozzarella and black truffle paninis; harrisa tempura shrimp with cool lemon cream; a martini ceviche and foie gras in mint and black pepper mignonette.
- The chic yet comfortable lounge 1LR - "One Lincoln Road" is designed for civilized socializing and sits in the centre promenade of the hotel at the epicentre of activity. At the site of the original DiLido hotel front desk, guests converse over the art of the cocktail late into the evening and will "check-in" to enjoy the finest selection of traditional teas, exotic coffees and vintage drinks in an upscale setting.
- The DiLido Beach Club, located on the oceanfront, mixes the heritage of the Southern Mediterranean rim and the North African coast with the diverse and dimensional South Beach environment to create a unique culinary experience that is "Sun cuisine," a term and cuisine created by Chef Connell.
