The Park rooms are decorated in a warm and classical style with pastel shades and guest can enjoy a personalized butler service. The marble bathrooms are equipped with bathtub, double sinks, bidet and dressing area.

- The Presidential Suite II has a size of 192 squaremetres (2,067 square feet) and is located on the ninth floor of Villa Magna. Cuisine & Cocktails : The Hotel Villa Magna offers two restaurants with two culinary cultures and a bar.
- The Hotel Restaurant serves outstanding Mediterranean cuisine with excellent seafood specialities. This restaurant is situated on the main level of Villa Magna and is decorated with dark wood accents and light cream shades. The terrace of the restaurant is located on a quiet corner of the garden with view of the Paseo de la Castellana and is open from June to September.
- The Chinese restaurant Tse-Yang is situated next to the interior patio of Villa Magna and offers exotic Chinese cuisine with traditional specialities like Peking Duck as well as a great variety of finest wines.
