The Hotel Villa Sant'Andrea offers 82 guestrooms, junior suites, suites and the two-bedroom Presidential Suite "Percy Threwhella". All guestrooms and suites are individually decorated with elegant furnishings offering all modern amenities. Many of the rooms have private balcony or terrace and sea-view.
All guestrooms, junior suites and suites are equipped with air-conditioning, cable and satellite TV, alarm clock, international direct dial telephone, minibar, safe and bathroom with bath/shower, bathrobe, slippers and hairdryer.

• The Classic Rooms are equipped either with one double bed or two twin-size beds. These rooms are decorated in classic style and they offer view of the beautiful garden, no sea view.
• The Superior Rooms are equipped either with one double bed or two twin-size beds. These rooms are decorated in classic style and they offer a large window with sea view.

• The Suites are equipped with one king-size bed and they are decorated with elegant furniture in classic style. The suites feature a living area and a balcony or terrace with sea view.
• The Presidential Suite Percy Threwhella is the ultimate in luxury. This suite consists of two bedrooms, each equipped with one king-size bed and a luxurious bathroom, a separate living room and with terrace with panoramic sea view.
