The 180 guestrooms and 118 suites at "The Waldorf Towers" are individually decorated with exquisite antiques and period reproductions, with themes ranging from French Provincial to Old English. Many suites feature pieces transported from the original "Waldorf Astoria", which was razed in 1929 to make way for the Empire State building. All rooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning, work desk with lamp and chair, two telephones with two lines, voice mail and dataport, television, in-room coffee service, safe, minibar and marble bathroom with tub and shower, toiletries, bathrobe and hairdryer.

Some of these suites have service entrance and separate kitchen and some offer a separate dinning room suitable for seated dinners of up to 8 persons.

- The Empire Suites are very extravagant suites, ranging in size from 195 to 500 squaremetres, which will satisfy the most sophisticated tastes and they are perfect for large, private gatherings, including corporate announcements, engagement parties, and wedding receptions. These suites offer one, two and three bedrooms, large living room, dramatic marble entrance foyer and oversized marble bathroom with tub and shower and separate boudoir. Manny of these suites have kitchen with separate service entrance and some have a large dining room suitable for seated banquets of up to 12 persons.
