Villa del Quar offers two restaurants with outstanding internatinal cuisine and Italian specialities, the Gazebo summer snack bar and restaurant, as well as a cosy bar.
- The elegant Restaurant Arquade offers excellent international cuisine and Italian and Mediterranean specialities, in the summertime also on the restaurant terrace.
The restaurant is divided into two dining rooms.
The Sala Eurosia is located in a former chappel and is characterized by its vaulted ceiling. This dining rooms is elegantly decorated with precious curtains, Venetian torch holders and a stunning Murano glass chandelier.
The smaller dining room Sala Tresor creates a cosy ambience and offers wooden ceiling and two golden hangings from the 17th century. The walls are decorated with antique English and Italian prints and the round dining tables are set with pale tablecloths and underplates with rose motifs. - The Restaurant Quar 12 Serra is locacated in an impressive construction, built in 2010, in iron and glass surrounded by flowers and tropical plants. Quar 12 is situated between the Hall and the garden and overlooks the surrounding hill, vineyards, cherry trees and cypresses. During the summer month the doors open to the beautiful garden.
- The Gazebo, located close to the swimming pool, is open during the summer month and offers brunch and main dishes.
- The Bar is decorated in an elegant Venetian style and serves cocktails and refreshing drinks in a special atmosphere. When the wetter allows the bar service is offered at the Gazebo. Here guests can enjoy light meals and snacks next to the pool.
- The wines of Villa del Quar are stored in a Roman era vaulted Wine Cellar. The impressive wine list offers 1,200 finest labels from all over the world and here guests enjoy different wine tastings.
